I love Hasbro. Well… I USED to love Hasbro.
I have thousands of dollars of Hasbro ‘s product. Toys, games, whathaveyou. But the past few years, Hasbro has done things that made me turn against the company that I actively “White Knighted” at one point.
They decided to retroactively change the Dungeons and Dragons Open Source Licence, and then backed out after the plans were leaked. And now…
A youtuber ordered some Magic the Gathering cards.
He accidentally got a set of cards that were not supposed to be released yet.
So what did Hasbro do?
They sent the PINKERTONS after the guy. To intimidate him into giving the cards HE PAID FOR to them.
“They said if I didn’t hand over the product, they would call the county sheriff and detain us.”
They took the guy’s property.
On a corporation’s orders.

Hasbro is now dead to me. They will get no more of my disposable income. I wills ell much of my Hasbro collection. When a corporation has MORE rights than a private individual… Well, that’s is wrong, And unamerican.
But maybe America isn’t what it used to be.
