When I use Twitter, and post a 140-character message there, I pay attention. I focus. I usually sweat the details to make sure I make my point.
Why?
It’s just a tweet, a quick thought that most people dash off. It’s inconsequential, it’s random. It’s nothing, unimportant.
No. It’s not unimportant.
It is like every moment, every gesture, every time we work or talk with each other. It matters. Life is made up of these little moments, and if you don’t pay attention you will see all of this moments disappear before your eyes.
We are here. We have the opportunity to maximize the moments or we can squander them. We only have so many moments available to us.
Use them well. Make them count. Even on Twitter.
