I agree with Jennifer's thesis, not her conclusion/opinion. Craig has done one good Bond, one average one. Yes, Craig is closer to Fleming's "blunt instrument"… But Connery personified Bond first, made him real, and made the role his own in ways no one ever will. Fleming even changed the character in the books after seeing him in the first film. Yes, Fleming never saw the other actors who played Bond, but to me Connery is the best Bond. There would not have been a very successful film series if he didn't knock it out of the park… And he did.
