Twitter Updates for 2009-10-11 to 10-21
NOTE: This post is all my Twitter updates since I left for Australia and came back, since I turned off daily updates in my absence. An interesting look at what I’ve been up to the past two weeks…
- And, a day later, I STILL don't have my checked bag. Air Canada, I'm getting angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry. #
- Todays meeting (the main reason I went to Australia) went very well… Now, as a follow up I have some writing to do. LOTS of writing. #
- OK my bag is on the way, and I'll tell ya, Aussies are VERY blunt people. Being a Southern Gentleman, it takes a little getting used to. #
- Almost done with all the business-related writing… Now, to try and see more of Australia… #
- Watching the Falcons football game from Sunday on Australian cable. I feel like I'm a day ahead and three days back simultaneously. #
- Last day in Sydney. Work is done. About to tour the Sydney Opera House. Life is good. #
- At Sydney airport, waiting to check in for flight to Vancouver. 25 hours from now, if all goes well, I'll be home. #
- They let me back in. After 24 hours of travel, I'm in the #atl. Ah, the joy of breathing air that has not been recirculated 100s of times. #
- Running errands with two of my sons – they missed me and need some daddy time. #
