For anyone out there who, like me, has been waiting to upgrade to blu ray, I have some good news for you. This pundit and others are predicting, since retailers are concerned about the economy and desperately need to get consumers in the stores, we will see some fantastic deals on consumer electronics, including a $149 blu-ray player and lot’s of “hot” blu-ray titles for $10 on “black friday.” So keep an eye out for those sales after turkey day!

Y’know, it’s times like these when I’m TOTALLY FREAKIN’ JEALOUS of the big fishes in the Internet geek community that they get this type of opportunity (I’m not even a zygote of geekdom compared to them). However, I’m incredibly encouraged that everyone likes it and that the dark spirit of the original work appears to shine through. Though this writer thinks that it may be TOO faithful to the original to gain any respectable audience.
