“It’s HEDLEY!” RIP Harvey Korman

Wow, this is… well, not sad, as he lived to the nice ripe age of 81, but something to regret: Harvey Korman, star of many a great Carol Burnett Show sketch and the immortal Blazing Saddles, has died. We are losing our history and collective memory, one talented person at a time. Here’s some clips…

Horror legends Vincent Price and Christopher Lee was born on the same day, May 27th (different years). Christopher Lee is still with us, Vincent is of course (and unfortunately) not.

And, 100 years ago on May 28th Ian Fleming was born. He, as most of you SHOULD know, created Janes Bond, 007. Have a vodka martini, shaken not stirred, to celebrate… I will.
